1st Subhas Trophy 7-A-side Football Tournament concludes

THOUBAL, Oct 22 : The 1st edition of the Subhas Trophy 7-A-side Football Tournament which began yesterday at Sotunn village playground under the aegis of Sotunn Village Authority came to an end today.
Poirou village edged 2-1 past Heinganglok village 2-1 to secure the top honour of the tournament participated by 12 teams.
The valedictory function was attended by village elder P Thanmi, Principal of IRE Wangjing, N Rajivkumar Meitei; president of Manipur State Langadi Association, Y Basanta and chairperson of CWC, Thoubal, L Romen Meitei who also feted the winners, runners up and other teams.
