Lambung YCC lift DC Chandel Trophy title

IMPHAL, Nov 27 : Lambung YCC were crowned champions of the DC Chandel Trophy organised by District Sports Association Chandel at Mini Sports Complex, Chandel.
Lambung YCC beat Riverlane YC 4-2 on penalties to claim the top honour after the ultimate clash remained goalless till the end of normal time.
In the shoot-out, only Riverson and Oliver  could score for the Riverlane YC while Mosimla, Amjit, Angnahring and Dimusing were on target for the Lambung YCC.
Shingval Anal of Tampi FC was adjudged best player of the tournament as DC Robert of Charangching Khullen YC emerged top scorer with 6 goals in his name.
HB Oliver of Riverland YC, in the meantime, was named man of the final match while Purum Tampak SC and Tampi FC were declared best teams.
