Sr State Basketball C'shipESU ease to 88-23 win over Chandel BC for second win

IMPHAL, Nov 30 : ESU men cruised 88-23 past Chandel Basketball Club (Cdl BC) today to extend winning run (Group B) in the 24th Sr State Basketball Championship (Men and Women) being underway at Brahmapur Nahabam Basketball Court.
Earlier, in a Group A league match, Home Coming Club secured a 61-54 win over YOSC before SRWC beat Lamka BC 62-47 in a Group C league match.
Meanwhile, in the women's competition, St Anthony secured a comfortable 40-15 win over BSC in a one sided encounter.
Leishimi made the highest 14 points for St Anthony in this match as Caroline followed suit scoring 12 points.
Hiron (4), Chonchon (4), Deborah (4) and Meppi (2) also scored for St Anthony while Enakhunb (5), Deepa (2) and Rita (12) scored for BSC.
