Clay Khongsai promoted to ADGP

IMPHAL, Feb 24: Senior IPS officer Clay Khongsai has been promoted to the rank of Additional Director General of Police with immeidate effect. The State Government has issued an order to this effect today.
Clay Khongsai is from the 1996 batch of IPS officers.
