State players for bodybuilding Nationals announced

The All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMB-BA) has announced names of State athletes selected for participation in the 11th Men's Junior/Masters/Divyang Bodybuilding and 2nd Junior Women's Sports Model Physique/Ladies Women's Sports Model Physique National Championship 2021 to be held at Ludhiana, Punjab from March 20 to 21.
The trial selection was organised yesterday at Town Hall, Ukhrul and 40 athletes from 18 gyms took part in the event, said AMBBA in a statement.
The names of athletes who will represent Manipur in the National events are :
Men's : H Telheiba of UGM, Naoremthong (Junior 55 kg); L Roshan of UGM, Naoremthong (Junior 60 kg); Md Shahabaz of UGM, Naoremthong (Junior 65 kg); Chingkheinganba of RFA, Thoubal ( Junior 70 kg); Md Ashad Khan of The Gym Reborn (Junior 75 kg); P Meghajit of LP Gym Singjamei (Junior 75 kg); Naorem Jayenta of Royal Fitness Academy, Thoubal (Divyang : Below 65 kg);
Women's (Junior Women's Sports Model Physique) : Jenika Naorem of Sangai Gym and Lugchanwon of Royal Gymnasium, Ukhrul.
N Ranjit and S Dhruba were also respectively named as team coach and team manager.
