NCK extend winning run

IMPHAL, Apr 10 : Hosts, NCK extended its winning run to two in the 1st Inter Village Men's Open Volleyball Tournament underway at its court.
Having beaten LCL, Leiphrakpam in their opening fixture (Group A) yesterday, NCK downed HYDO-B, Heigrujam 25-16, 25-17, 25-19 for the second win.
In other Group A league matches, LCL beat AMYC, Andro 25-10, 25-17, 25-23, SDC, Samurou beat AMYC 25-14, 25-19, 27-25 and LCL beat HYDO-B in 25-14, 25-14, 25-10 sets. KYLSC, Kachikhul also extended their winning run to two in the Group B league competition as they thumped WYC 25-17, 25-19, 25-23.
In the later Group B league matches, NYVA, Naorem beat BSO, Top Shiphai 25-23, 25-19, 25-16 for first win in two matches and edged past WMC 25-21, 24-26, 25-21, 21-25, 15-12 for the second win.
