PHE Minister inaugurates Avoimai playground at Afii village

Senapati, Apr 11: Inaugurating the Avoimai playground at Afii village under Paomata sub-division, PHE Minister, Losii Dikho lauded the relentless efforts of the Afii villagers for creating a standard size ground out of an nearly impossible mountain foothill.
The Avoimai playground was inaugurated in the presence of Manipur's NPF vice president, Woba Joram as chief patron along with different area leaders, village leaders, Church leaders, women & youth officials and Afii villagers.
Minister Dikho as chief guest  stated that the villagers of Afii have created Avoimai playground into a wonderful site for both the village and Paomata area and appealed to the people to create opportunities and resources through collective development.
Woba Joram appreciated the continuous support of the local Minister to implement many developmental works in different villages of the area.
Former vice president UNC, Ng Lohrii delivered the welcome address, while Th Benjamin, Chairman Afii Village Council gave the vote of thanks.
