Dalit Sahitya Academy informs

Prominent personalities from Manipur including Additional SP Thounaojam Brinda amongst those selected for various awards as a part of the yearlong birth anniversary celebration of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar to be celebrated at National level.
Laiching Tangkhul (92) from Kasom Khullen; Itomcha Miya Ziyauudin (108) from Lilong Haoreibi; Prof Ngariyanbam Kangjiya, maichou purel were amongst the name selected for 'Athoiba Mapari' award while Prof Rose Mangsi Haokip and Addl SP Th Brinda were selected for 'Athoibi Mamomloi' awards, said a statement issued by Dalit Sahitya Academy, Manipur.
All the awards will be presented to the recipients during an event of Dalit Sahitya Academy, Manipur  presided by MP Leishemba Sanajaoba  to be held at Manipur Press Club on April 15.
