7 teams in fray for Tbl Super Division League title

IMPHAL, Apr 2
Seven teams will fight it out for the title of Lambamayum Memcha Devi Memorial Super Division Football League Tournament which is set to begin from April 5 at Kodompokpi Sports Complex Wangjing under the supervision of District Football Association Thoubal.
Teams participating in this top tier event of the Thoubal district are ASSA-Sangai-yumpham, YDC-Khoirom, SWYC-Charangpat, RPU-Papal, WYFC-Wangjing, DUC-Charangpat and SYDA-Athokpam.
ASSA will face YDC in the opening match on April 5 at 3 pm.
As per a statement of District Football Association Thoubal, S Rameshwor Singh and Th Sanjit Singh have been named as match commissioner and referee instructor of this tournament.
Meanwhile, T Ranjita Devi, L Priyobarta, Kh Ibungo Singh, H Santosh, Ph Jotin, Sh Robinson, M Bidyashwor, Md Anush, L Rojit, RK Angousana, AK Tuneshwor, Md Latif Ali, Md Soib, M Roshini and L Ranjit have been named as referees who will be conducting the league matches.
DFA Thoubal also appointed S Rameshwor Singh and Th Sanjit Singh as match commissioner and referee instructor of the 2nd and 3rd Division Football League tournaments of this season.
P Debananda Singh, Sh Ibomcha Sharma, Md Nashir, Md Nishar Alam, Sh Tatu, M Bijen, Th Kennedy, Th Bhogen, L Naopa, M Nanao, T Premchand and Wanglen were on the other hand named as referees for the tournaments.
