AMFA to organise 1st FUTSAL Tournament from May 2

The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) is set to organise the 1st FUTSAL Tournament 2021 from May 2.
Entry to the tournament (fee: Rs 5000 ) can be made till April 25, said AMFA in a statement.
It further said that the managers' meeting will be will on April 27 at 1 pm at AMFA's office.
Teams should register their players in the CRS and inactive players will not be eligible for the tournament, it said.
It also informed all district associations to recommend 2 teams each for participating in the FUTSAL Tournament on or before April 20.
In the meantime, AMFA has decided to put grassroots and youth level programmes on hold until further order.
The decision came in wake of an instruction of the All India Football Federation considering the spike in COVID-19 cases throughout the country.
AMFA also informed all district associations and their entities to follow the same until further order.
