Webinar on 'Criminalisation of Drug Users' held

District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Imphal East in collaboration with Community Network for Empowerment (CoNE), Manipur under the aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA) organized a Webinar on the theme “Criminalisation of Drug Users: A threat to Health and Social Development” via JITSI Meet application today with the Police Officers, Panel Lawyers, LACs and PLVs of Imphal East District, said a press release by DLSA, Imphal East
The programme was attended by RK Memcha, District & Sessions Judge, Imphal East cum Chairman of DLSA Imphal East,N Lanleima Chief Judicial Magistrate Imphal East cum Secretary of DLSA, Imphal East, Kimneingah Kipgen Judicial Magistrate First Class, Imphal East, Shubham Vashist Judicial Magistrate First Class Jiribam and Nalinikanta Rajkumar President, Community Network for Empowerment (CoNE), Manipur.
Nalinikanta Rajkumar, President of CoNE Manipur spoke as resource person on the topics “Criminalisation of Drug Users: A threat to Health and Social Development”. An interaction session was also held between the Chairman, Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Imphal East, resource persons and participants.
