Congratulatory messages continue to pour in for Mirabai Chanu

Congratulatory messages and best wishes continued to pour in for Saikhom Mirabai Chanu who brought laurels to the country by winning a Silver medal at the ongoing Tokyo Olympics 2020.
Coalition Against Drugs and Alcohol (CADA) expressed immense joy on the feat of Mirabai Chanu and extended best wishes to her and wished her success in all the future and expressed belief that she will bring more accolades in future as well.
In a press release, CADA called for concerted efforts from all to produce many more eminent personalities like Mirabai Chanu to secure a niche in the global platform and to divert from the clutch of drug menace in the State.
Further CADA stressed on the need of the completion of the National Sports University in the State and to improve the sports infrastructure to uplift it to the world class standard to produce many  good sportspersons.
Chingphu Road United Clubs Organisation (CRUCO) lauded the remarkable feat of Mirabai Chanu and extended best wishes to her in all the future endeavours.
CRUCO in a press release also extended gratitude to State Government for presenting cash awards to Mirabai Chanu and appointing her as the Additional Superintendent of Police (Sports).
Manipur Adventure and Allied Sports Institute, Keirao and Bright Way Club, Kwakeithel Lamdong Leikai also joined in congratulating S Mirabai Chanu. The organisations in separate statements said that she is an inspiration to many and extended best wishes to her.
