DESAM appeals

Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) has  appealed the Government to disburse the scholarship amount for OBC, ST and SC.
In a statement issued today, DESAM said even though the fund for the same has been released from the centre, the State Government is yet to disburse the scholarship for second phase OBC for 2019-2020, OBC, SC and ST scholarship for 2020-2021 session.
Putting on hold of the scholarship amount has added to the hardship faced by the students even to the point of not being able to recharge their mobile to attend online classes during the pandemic.
