YAS Minister hands over badminton court mat to DiBAT

IMPHAL, Aug 20 : With an objective to encourage youth in the field of sports, Youth Affairs & Sports Minister, Letpao Haokip handed over a badminton court mat/carpet to the District Badminton Association, Tengnoupal (DiBAT) today.
The court mat/carpet  was handed over to district association officials in the presence of T Phulen Meitei, Director, Youth Affairs & Sports Manipur at the Minister's official residential quarter at Lamphel.
It may be mentioned that the YAS Minister had also handed over badminton court mat/carpet to the other district association in the past. Meanwhile, the District Badminton Association, Tengnoupal expressed heartfelt gratitude to YAS Minister Letpao Haokip and Director, YAS, Manipur for providing court mat/carpet to the association.
