CTCFM urges

Imphal, Sep 18: The Concerned Tribal Citizen's Forum, Manipur (CTCFM)  has urged Governor La Ganesan for execution of Article 371C in the hill areas of Manipur through the Hill Areas Committee (HAC) of Manipur Legislative Assembly.
In a letter addressed to the Governor, the forum claimed that the Article 371C is not executed in spirit and principles since its inception due to the 'nefarious' interferences by the Manipur Government.
There is a total failure of this Article within the Manipur Legislative Assembly for the last fifty years, it claimed and urged the Governor to intervene and do the needful.
