Machengluang Baptist Church lauds 44 AR

The Machengluang (Lamlaba) Baptist Church on behalf of Lamlaba villagers expressed its profound gratitude to the Commanding Officer, all rank and file of 44 Battalion Assam Rifles for conducting a free medical camp at the Church compound on September 7, 2021.
A press release issued by Machengluang Baptist Church lauded the Battalion for providing medical care to 205 patients along with medicines and other assistance.
Col Pradeep, CO 44 AR personally supervised the medical camp and also assured the Church and village elders to conduct a sanitation programme under the Army Civic Action Plan at the Church compound and install solar light for the convenience of all the villagers.
Lamlaba Baptist Church also wished the 44 AR success in all of its welfare initiatives in the future.
It may be mentioned that a number of welfare schemes have been implemented by 44 AR in its vision to uplift the poor and down-trodden people of the society.
