AR inaugurates Annual Sports Week

Churachandpur Battalion under the aegis of IGAR (South) inaugurated the annual sports week in Government High School at Chongkhojou village, Churachandpur district today.
During the ceremony, the importance of sports in developing the personality, temperament and discipline was highlighted and a lecture on ‘Career Opportunities for Youths in Armed Forces’ was conducted, said a statement by PRO, IGAR (S).
The event was attended by students, parents, teachers, and dignitaries from Civil Administration. The event culminated with distribution of various sports items.
