Chief's Welfare Association clarifies

The Chief's (Khullakpas) Welfare Association, Bishnupur and Loktak Project Are, 57/Henglep AC, Churachandpur district on Monday conducted its executive body emergency meeting to discuss the unauthorised open declaration of UDCLPA, dated January 23, 2022 in connection with the forthcoming Manipur Assembly Election, 2022.
In a release, Chief's Welfare Association stated that after a thorough deliberation, the executive members condemned the declaration and clarified that the declaration was signed by few leaders of UDCLPA with vested interest.
Chief's Welfare Association further clarified that the said unauthorised declaration of UDCLPA was carried out without any consultation and knowledge of the Advisory Board which consist the members of Chiefs (Khullakpas) Association, Bishnupur and Loktak Project area, Churachandpur district.
