Angel FC cruise to third win in Bpr Second Divn League

IMPHAL, Oct 2 : Angel FC extended their winning run to 3 games and unbeaten run to 4 games in the 16th N Balananda Singh Memorial 2nd Division Football League tournament with a slender 1-0 win over GDC-Thinungei.
L Subhas scored the only goal in the 68th minute to hand Angel FC their third win in the tournament.
The day also saw YWA-Ningthoukhong thump LYVO-Lamlanghupi 3-1 for the second win in four matches.
H Lucky starred in the game scoring a brace (11', 31') in the first half before LYVO pulled back a goal in the 57th minute. K Venson then scored the final goal for YWA to seal the game 3-1.
