Children's Day Chess Tournament on Nov 13

IMPHAL, Nov 10 : The D Chess Academy, Uripok Khoisnam Leikai is organising a 1st State level one day Children's Day Chess Tournament for Class KG to X standard on November 13 (Sunday).
In a press release, the academy said that the tournament will be held under the sponsorship of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Bazar Mahila Sakha, Samarh, Sahyog, Sanskar Seva Samarpan.
There will be no registration fee, it informed.
Saying that interested players may contact the academy and register themselves on or before November 12, the D Chess Academy maintained that only 30 players can register for the tournament and it purely will be based on first come first serve basis.
It also said that prizes will be distributed on the day of the tournament itself (November 13).
All the participants will be given a certificate of participation along with gifts.
