Karam Shyam inaugurates Leimaram Emoinu Eco Park & Resort

BISHNUPUR, Nov 14 : Langthabal AC MLA and Chairman of Manipur Tourism Department, Karam Shyam unveiled the newly constructed Leimaram Emoinu Eco Park & Resort Manipur located at Leimaram in Oinam AC today and handed the same over to the people.    
The inauguration function was attended by Karam Shyam; Moirang AC MLA, Thongam Shanti; Oinam AC MLA, Irengbam Nalini and Leichonbam Maimu, chief of Leimaram village as presidium members.  
Addressing the gathering, Karam Shyam pointed out that consistently preserving one's ancient culture, tradition and heritage is a sign of progress.
The MLA also sang praises of Leimaram village for its beauty, for safeguarding age old customs and horticultural & forest lands.
Expressing his desire to see Manipur in the tourism map of India, the MLA assured to upgrade the park.  
Irengbam Nalini also spoke on the occasion and commented on the scenic beauty of the park.
