State body builders return to warm reception

IMPHAL, Nov 14 : Longjam Eillison, Keisham Mizen and Pebam Medhajit brought home bronze medals from the 11th Eastern Zone Senior/Masters/Divyang Men's Bodybuilding, Men's Sports Physique and Women's Physique Championship, 2022 held till today at Kolkata.
The State team were accorded a warm reception upon their return at Imphal International Airport by the All Manipur Body Builders Association.
10 athletes from Manipur took part in the championship and Longjam Eillison, Keisham Mizen and Pebam Medhajit finished third in 70 kg, 80 kg and 85+ kg bodybuilding competitions.
Sarat Luminthang Jaothang finished fourth in the 80 kg category event as Boris Pechimayum (55kg) and Solimla Jajo (women's model physique) finished 5th places in their respective competitions.
