PLL, YWC-Th win in KISL for U-17 girls

IMPHAL, Nov 16 : Pehlum Lamhil Lawm (PLL) thump Eastern Sporting Union (ESU) 3-1as Youth Welfare Club (YWC-Th) crushed Women Football Academy (WFA) 6-1 in the ongoing Khelo India State League for U-17 girls at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.
In the first match of the day, Mangpineng Khongsai (46', 53') and Namram Lamnganbi Chanu (62', 69') scored two goals each to help YWC-Th seal a huge 6-1 win over WFA. Thongam Reshma (42') and Kayenpaibam Anju Chanu (52') also added a goal each in YWC's win as WFA scored the consolation goal via Khumukcham Bhumika (57').
Later in the day, ESU went down by 1-3 goals to PLL as Lhingdeikim scored a hattrick (10', 16', 22') after Y Bidyangambi (8') opened the scoring for ESU.
