ADC Sadar Hills, Chandel issue instructions

CHD/KPI, Nov 17 : The District Council Administration, Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council Kangpokpi has issued instructions and clarifications in regard to the recruitment of vacant posts in various departments.
Chief Executive Officer, Sadar Hills ADC, Kangpokpi, James Doujapao Haokip stated that candidates for post of Primary Teacher who are in the last year of D.EI.Ed/ B.Ed examination will be given opportunity to participate in the recruitment process provided they are eligible in all other respects except D.EI.Ed/ B.Ed.
"The appointment of such candidates shall be subject to the passing of D.El.Ed/B.Ed within one year from the date of appointment", he added.
He continued that applications of candidates without TET shall be provisionally accepted if they fulfil all educational and other eligibility criteria and the appointment of candidates without TET shall be subject to the passing of TET/CTET within 2 years of probation period after their appointment to the post of primary teacher.
"The service of such candidates shall not be confirmed after probation unless they pass the TET/CTET within the stipulated time", he added.
The CEO further mentioned that the number of posts may be increased or decreased as per requirement and after due approval of competent authority.
Moreover, the District Council Administration, ADC Chandel has also issued instructions and clarifications in regard to the recruitment of 125 vacant posts in various departments under ADC Chandel.
In a release issued today, the CEO of ADC Chandel, Seiminthang Lenthang informed that the clarifications were issued in pursuance of convey letter No 24/12017-HILLS dated November 16, 2022 of the Deputy Secretary, Tribal Affairs & Hills Department, Government of Manipur.
