Winners of JNN award announced

JIRIBAM, Nov 17 : As a part of the 18th Foundation Day celebration of Jiri News Network, JNN Award Jury Committee co-convenor, N Bidyananda Singh today announced the winners of the biennial awards given to media persons by Jiri News Network Committee (JNNC).
Addressing a press conference, N Bidyananda Singh informed that the 1st Kekrebam Sanaton Singh Memorial Best Media Person Award 2022 would be conferred to N Sanajaoba Meetei of ISTV and L Phajalembi Chanu, Jiribam District Correspondent of ISTV.
He also appreciated All Manipur Working Journalists' Union (AMWJU), Editor Guilds Manipur (EGM), Manipur Hills Journalists' Union (MHJU), Imphal-Manipur and All Jiribam Working Journalists' Union (AJWJU) for their assistance & support in selecting the award winners.
The award is sponsored by K Sarat Kumar Singh, chief advisor JNNC and chairperson, Manipur Building & Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board, Government of Manipur.
The award distribution ceremony would be held on November 20, 2022 at JMC Jiribam, Multi Utility Auditorium Complex.
