Senior State Kho-Kho C'shipsASKKA, SCEASDO emerge men's and women's champions

IMPHAL, Nov 5 :  ASKKA-Sekmai and SCEASDO-Heirok emerged men's and women's champions in the 46th Manipur State Senior (Men & Women) Kho-Kho Championships organised under the aegis of Manipur Amateur Kho-Kho Association at different venues.
In the men's final, ASKKA beat SCEASDO 19-17 in a keenly contested match while SCEASDO claimed the women's crown beating RYC-Keibi by 14-12 margin at Sekmai's KYDO ground.
In the men's semi-final matches, SCEASDO booked the final ticket with an easy 22-11 win over National Sports University while ASKKA Sekmai overcame blushes to beat BASU-Khangabok 11-10.
In the women's semi-final clashes, SCEASDO beat PKDC-Athokpam 14-6 and PESS DM Science went down 7-11 to RYC.
