RFCC, BFA, UFC victorious in Bpr 3rd Divn Football League

IMPHAL, Nov 7 : RFCC-Keinou, BFA-Nachou and UFC-Bishnupur emerged victorious in today's matches of the ongoing 7th A Iboton Memorial 3rd Division (U-15) Football League tournament at Mini Stadium Bishnupur.
In a Group B match staged in the first ground, M Amar equaliser in the 55th minute helped KYVO-Kwasiphai hold NGKSA-Ngaikhong Khullen to a 1-1 draw. Earlier T Samarendra scored in the 46th minute to hand NGKSA the lead.
In the second match (Group A), H Rock (27') and N Sanathoi (37') scored a goal each to help RFCC win 2-0 over JYC-Joypur.
In another Group A match staged in the third ground, N Jamesh Bond scored a hattrick (4', 13', 22') to earn BFA a 4-2 win over YWO-Bishnpur for the second win in three matches. A Rushikanta pulled back a goal for YWO in the 40th minute but O Borish scored the next minute to give BFA a 4-1 lead.
A Punshiba of BFA conceded an own goal in the 44th minute and eventually the game ended 4-2 in favour of BFA.
In the fourth match (Group B) of the day, Lanjagai (53') and Jangthaipou (59') handed UFC a 2-0 win over KYVO&SWC-Khunpham.
