SAI-STC Imphal to induct players of 7 disciplines

IMPHAL, Nov 8 : Sports Authority of India, Sports Training Centre-Khuman Lampak (SAI-STC), Imphal is going to induct talented sports persons of 7 disciplines for the session 2023-24.
The disciplines and age groups of players as enumerated in a circular issued by SAI-STC, Khuman Lampak are: Boxing : girls of 12-18 years (residential); Gymnastics : girls within 10-16 years (residential); Karate-do : girls within 12-18 years (residential); Sepak Takraw : boys and girls within 10-14 years (residential); Swimming and Diving : boys and girls of 10-16 years (non-residential); Wrestling : girls within 12-18 years (residential) and Wushu : boys and girls within 12-18 years (residential).
Interested eligible players may collect prescribed forms from the office of SAI-STC Imphal from November 9 to 15 during office hours or log on to www.nationalsportstalenthunt.com.
The last date of form submission is November 16, the circular read.
Battery tests for eligible candidates will be conducted at SAI-STC, Khuman Lampak from November 18 to 19 at 6 am, it added.
