DESAM Manipur University Council formed

IMPHAL, May 23
Democratic Students Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) Manipur University Council was formed today and new office bearers were appointed.
As per a press release by DESAM, the Council was formed during a meeting attended by DESAM's president, Leishangthem Lamyanba Meitei, Secretary Organization and Coordination, Romesh Khumancha and other members of DESAM at its head office today.
The newly appointed members of DESAM Manipur University Council are Nilakanta Heigrujam (President), Nikel Haobijam and Birjit Chongtham (Vice-presidents), Santosh Khaidem (Secretary General), Lanchenba Lisham (Assistant Secretary General), Maniram Salam (Secretary Organisation and Coordination), Satyananda Thongram (Secretary Finance and Account) and Remila RK (Secretary Publicity and Propaganda), added the release.
