Outreach programme on income tax held

The District Administration, Senapati in collaboration with the Additional Commissioner of Income Tax Range, Imphal organised an outreach programme today on income tax under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and North Eastern Region Converses at DRDA Conference Hall, Senapati.
Speaking on today’s programme, Mahesh Chaudhari, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Senapati said that the entrepreneurs of Senapati should come together and have a consultative meeting with the district administration once in a month to discuss about employment generation and various activities that can be taken up in the district. He also appealed the member present to have knowledge about the importance of income taxes for better co- ordination.
The entrepreneurs of the Senapati district were also felicitated for their outstanding achievement.
