Lisbon FC blank Lanchenbi FC 3-0 in TKWA Trophy

IMPHAL, May 24 : Lisbon FC, Luwangsangbam notched up an easy 3-0 win over Lanchenbi FC, Taobungkhok in a Group C league match of  TKWA Trophy 2021-22 as John FC, Achanbigei sealed a 2-1 win over Jack FC, Angtha in a Group E league match.
Lisbon FC and Lanchenbi FC played out a barren first half before Thangja broke the deadlock in the 35th minute.
Setiyason and Allen S then took their turns to score a goal each in the 42nd and 52nd minutes to help Lisbon FC wrap up the game 3-0.
Meanwhile in the Group C league match, N James gave John FC the lead in the 13th minute only to be equalised by Sareo in the 26th minute for the Angtha team.
M Hemba however scored in the 31st minute to help John FC retain the lead and the team eventually held on to their lead to close out the game 2-1.
