Poirei Lamdam FA inks MoU with Minerva Academy

THOUBAL, May 24 : A football academy in Thoubal, Poirei Lamdam Football Academy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Minerva Academy Football Club based in Punjab to further raise the quality of State football players.
A release issued by the chief executive officer of Poirei Lamdam Football Academy, Ngangbam said that the MoU was signed on May 16 with himself representing the academy and Ranjit Bajaj, Director of Minerva Academy Football Club as signatories.
The signed MoU will be valid for five years during which players of the Thoubal academy will be able to receive training and technical education at Minerva Football Academy. The Punjab based academy will also provide technical support and forms of assistance to the coaching staff of the local academy, the release said.
The release further said the Poirei Lamdam Football Academy will bolster its effort to ensure world class training to local players and a trial selection for induction into the academy will be conducted shortly.
