Manipur kid team secure 14 medals at Archery Nationals

Manipur kid archers won as many as 3 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze medals at the 4th NTPC Kid (U-19) National Archery Championships held till today at Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh from May 23.
As per a statement of Manipur Archery Association Konthoujam Hansan Singh bagged a gold medal in the Individual Olympic Round (Indian Round) before clinching a team gold medal along with Langpoklakpam Bikash, Moirangthem Bikash and Shagolshem Manitomba.
The other gold medal came from the recurve team of Lamyanba Soibam, Hidangmayum Binison, Jactor Potshangbam and Paonam  Johnson.
Meanwhile, Langpoklak-pam Bikash won a silver medal in the 10+10 m Indian Round as Jacytor Potsangbam won a silver medal in the individual olympic round (Indian Round) event.
Langpoklakpam Bikash Singh and Moirangthem Lanchenbi Devi also won Manipur a silver medal in the mixed team Indian round event.
Chongtham Chitan also fetched Manipur a silver medal in the individual olympic round (Compound event) before winning another silver medal with Langamba Mutum, Zuventus Khaidem and Alfret Tensubam in the compound team event.
Winning individual event bronze medals for Manipur in the said championship are : Langpoklakpam Bikash (individual Olympic Round), M Lanchenbi Devi (10+10 m Indian Round), Tonjam Kelvina (individual Indian Round), Langamba Mutum (10+15 m Compound and individual olympic round-Compound) as Indian Round team of Moirangthem Lanchenbi, Tonjam Kelvina, Maibam Lanchenbi and Takhellambam Changkhonbi Devi won the other bronze medal.
