AMCO condoles

IMPHAL, Jul 2 : All Manipur Christian Organisation (AMCO) has extended their deepest condolences to families of those who passed away during the tragic landslide on June 29. The tragic landslide claimed the lvies of the lives of Territorial Army personnel, Indian Reserve Battalion, engineers, workers and at least 5 civilians.
AMCO expressed sorrow at the loss of precious lives in the line of service (construction of Tupul railway station in Makhuam-5) as well as loss of costly properties.
The Christian organisation added that it will stand in solidarity with the bereaved families and pray for the Almighty to bestow them with comfort, strength and peace.
AMCO also conveyed their gratitude to the locals and authorised rescue team for their tireless service in the ongoing search operation.
Lastly, AMCO expressed hope that the rest of the missing persons will be found at the earliest.
