Dr Konika Khuraijam, Co-ordinator, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), DM College of Teacher Education has slammed the claim made by the principal of Slopeland College of Teacher Education, Khongjom which alleged that the College is the first B.Ed college in the State to receive NAAC accreditation.
As per a statement, DM College of Teacher Education allegedly obtained NAAC accreditation of B grade with a CGPA of 2.59 on January 19, 2016. The statement added that the college is currently involved in the second cycle of assessment which will be completed by the end of this month.
As such, the statement has advised all concerned to refrain from making unverified remarks carelessly in the media.
