Anti plastic awareness campaign held

BISHNUPUR, Jul 2: An awareness campaign against use of plastics was carried out today by the students of Moirang College today at Sendra Tourist spot and surrounding areas.
The awareness campaign was carried out in support to the ban imposed by Centre on single use plastics to prevent plastic wastage and to keep the areas around Loktak Lake clean.
The students conducted the awareness campaign using placards which read anti plastic slogans.
