IMPHAL, Jan 28 : Rising Star-Saiton Awang drew SEVA-Naranseina to a 1-1 draw in an inconsequential Group B match of the ongoing 2nd Late Philem Irabot Singh Memorial 2nd Division District League at Kwakta Public Ground.
SEVA enjoyed a 1-0 first half lead with Rohit's two minute strike but Rising Star made their way back into the game with Anil scoring the equaliser in the 63rd minute.
The remaining part of the game was an end to end affair with the two sides trying to add to their tallies. Their efforts however did not pay off and eventually ended up sharing a point each after having suffered two of two losses in their previous matches.
Group A winners NASA-Ngangkhalawai will play Group B runners up YSUC-Phubala in the first semi-final tomorrow. AMOFA Academy who emerged Group B winners will face Group A runners up KIDYO-Kwakta in the other semi-final match on January 30.
