IMPHAL, Nov 30: KCC, AKSDO Khangabok, PCC and YWC(L) have qualified for semifinals of the 3rd MNCA Super Plate Tournament 2023-24.
In today's matches, PCC and Blue Hawk Khurai and AKSDO Khangabok emerged victorious.
At the Model Higher Secondary School and Oriental College Ground, PCC beat KASC by 8 wickets.
L Ronald of PCC was named the man of the match. He took five wickets in 8 overs.
KASC won the toss and elected to bat first.
Md Irfan and Rajak took the most runs for KASC.
Md Irfan took 36 runs off 53 balls and Rajak took 26 runs off 47 balls.
KASC scored a total of 136 runs for 10 wickets in 29.4 overs.
PCC's chase proved promising with L Gibson's excellent 66 runs off 83 balls and Th Anand's score of 41 runs off 74 balls.
PCC scored 137 runs for two wickets in 28.20 overs to beat KASC.
In another match at Luwangpokpa Cricket Ground, Luwangsangbam, Blue Hawk Khurai thrashed Force Kshetrigao by 9 wickets.
W Samson of Blue Hawk Khurai was named the man of the match for taking 8 runs off 15 balls and 2 wickets.
Blue Hawk Khurai won the toss and elected to field first.
Blue Hawk's excellent fielding proved fatal for Force Kshetrigao, which managed to amass only 63 runs for 10 wickets in 26.2 overs.
Only Nawaz and Kabir managed to score two digit runs.
Nawaz scored 10 runs off 16 balls while Kabir took 13 runs off 69 balls.
The chase by Blue Hawk was easy as the team ended the match early taking 64 runs for 1 wicket in just 11.3 overs.
Mintu scored 28 runs off 31 balls while Goniram scored 25 runs off 23 balls.
W Samson took 8 runs off 15 balls.
At the Public Ground Khangabok Part-III, AKSDO Khangabok beat WYC Wangkhem by 1 wicket.
Prameshwor of AKSDO Khangabok scored 49 runs and was named the man of the match.
WYC Wangkhem won the toss and decided to bat first.
The team took 140 runs for 9 wickets in 30 overs.
Herokumar, Biteshwor and Roshankumar took the most runs.
Herokumar scored 44 runs off 50 balls, while Biteshwor took 32 runs off 40 balls and Roshankumar took 27 runs off 28 balls.
In AKSDO's chase, Prameshwor scored 49 runs off 21 balls.
Beating WYC Wangkhem, AKSDO scored 142 runs for 9 wickets in 29.2 overs.
