Liquor worth Rs 1.5 lakh disposed

JIRIBAM, Dec 3: Jiribam police personnel, staff of Excise Office and volunteers of CADA Jiribam jointly disposed Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) worth around Rs 1,55,787 at Excise Station, Gularthol under Jiribam district today.
Speaking to the media, RK Rakesh, Officer-in-Charge, Excise Office, Jiribam stated that the liquor was disposed of with the permission of Commissioner, Excise Department, Government of Manipur.
ASI Suraj Singh of Jiribam Police, Y Sumati, president, CADA Jiribam and local meira paibis were present at the scene.
