Manipur Hawkers' Association congratulated Khoisnam Tokyo Meetei on being conferred Indo Nepal Friendship International Award 2023 in view of his service towards the poor and needy for their welfare and upliftment The association also wished him success and blessings for his future endeavours.
It may be noted that Khoisnam Tokyo Meetei is the son of (late) Khoisnam Koba who was a hawker and a member of the association for a long time.
Tokyo is also a donor of Manipur Hawkers' Association.
