Memoranda submitted

THOUBAL, May 31 : Private organisations from Wangkhem Assembly Constituency have submitted a memorandum to Thoubal Deputy Commissioner  urging against deployment of Central Security forces in Thoubal.
The private organisations held a meeting today at Kiyam Babu Bazar wherein they passed various resolutions and proceeded to submit the memorandum containing four demands to Thoubal DC to be handed over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister N Biren Singh.
The memorandum listed various demansd such as- "Ensure that Central security forces are not stationed in Wangkhem AC", "Withdraw Central Security forces from the State", "Abrogation of SoO pact", etc.
Separately, private organisations based in Leisangthem also submitted a memorandum to Thoubal DC today calling against stationing of Central Paramilitary Forces in Leisangthem area.
