Manipur to open Santosh Trophy campaign against Tamil Nadu

IMPHAL, Sep 23 : Manipur will kick off their campaign of the 77th National Football Championship for Santosh Trophy against Tamil Nadu on October 8 at Vijay Singh Pathik Stadium, Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
Manipur are drawn in Pool C along with Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
Manipur will face hosts Uttar Pradesh in the second match on October 10 before facing Nagaland on October 12, Madhya Pradesh on October 15 and Jharkhand on October 17.
Manipur are drawn in Pool C along with Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
