Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2023-24State senior men's team head to Gujarat for preparatory camp

IMPHAL, Sep 25 : Manipur Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy team, including players named in the reserve list, have left Imphal today for Valsad, Gujarat to attend a preparatory camp ahead of the senior men's T-20 tournament beginning from October 16 at Ranchi.
The team include M Langlonyamba (C) of MODEL, Muhammed Al Bashid of AL-AMEEN, Yumnam Karnajit Singh of TRAU, Ngariyanbam Johnson Singh of PTRC, P Prafullomani of TRAU, Saddam Ahmed Shah of FORCE, Bikash of CYCLONE, Kangabam Priyojit Singh of TRAU, Chingakham Bidash of PTRC, Raj Kumar Rex of PTRC, Bishworjit Konthoujam (VC) of PTRC, L Kishan Singha of CYCLONE, Nitesh Sedai of CHAMP, Md Sultan Karim of CHAMP and Lamabam Ajay of CRAU.
Reserve players Somorjit Salam of Model Club, Thokchom Kishan of RULE, Amom Guniram of Blue Hawk, Md Basir Rahman of REYS and Laishram Robertson of Model Club were also part of the team who left for Valsad today.
The team is being coached by Connor Williams. The other support staff include Elangbam Rashikumar (asst coach), Thongam Kamlesh (physio) and Raajoo Bhatkal (trainer).
