YWC-Th rout FC Imphal 4-0 in U-17 Girls Football League

IMPHAL, Apr 17 : Youth Welfare Club, Thambalkhong (YWC-Th) notched up a comfortable 4-0 win over FC Imphal today in the fourth match of the U-17 Khelo India Girls' Football League 2023-24 which was resumed today after more than a month.
Nameirakpam Arina and Kayenpaibam Anju Chanu were the highlight of the match scoring two goals apiece this afternoon at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong to inspire YWC-Th the 4-0 win.
Anju broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute before Arina doubled the advantage before the break (40+1'). Anju found her second in the 69th minute and Arina rounded off the scoring in the 79th minute.
