20 selected provisionally in State Junior basketball team

IMPHAL, Apr 23 : The Manipur Basketball Association has announced the names of athletes provisionally selected for preparation of the State team for the 74th Junior National Basketball Championship due to be held in Indore from May 8 to 14.
The players who were provisionally selected based on their performances in the recently concluded State level basketball championship are H Rishikanta, Th Newton, Krishnacharya and M Telheiba of ESU; M Lanchenba, L Rahul, Owen Mutum and H Zenith of LMYVA; Shivananda Lourembam, S Athouba and Th Devid of CYLC; I Chinglemba and H Lamyanba of Model Club; K Doif and Ng Bronson of Moirang; RK Devraj and RK Roshan of Youth Club; N Adhington of Thoubal; Phowlring Wangshol of Chandel and N Ronald of YOSC.
In a release, the apex body of basketball in the State informed all the players to report to its vice president/technical chairman T Brajabidhu and coach Borish Achom at Nahabam Basketball Court with effect from April 24 at 3.30 pm for further intensive training and coaching.
