Raising Day celebrated

Meitei Huyen Langlon Sintam Sanglen, Universal Friendship Organisation (UFO) Arapti Branch under UFO Headquarter Imphal East Zone 2 Bamon Kampu Battalion celebrated its 19th Raising Day on Wednesday.
During the function, Keirao AC MLA, Lourembam Rameshwor hoisted the flag bearing the symbol of 'Epudhou Pakhangba' .
Wahengbam Premananda, ex-Councillor, Lilong Thoubal Municipal Council; social worker Takhellambam Ingocha; and Takhellambam Sanahal, Member, Lilong Thoubal Municipal Council attended the function as presidium members.
UFO home secretary L Loyumba, finance secretary L Tairen, battalion secretaries, battalion commanders and members of UFO also participated in the event.
