On November 21, an Assistant Sub-Inspector of Imphal East commandos submitted a written report regarding a threat video uploaded the same day on Facebook by the user “Meitei Lanmi Naotyboy”. In the video, a clear warning was issued to carry out bomb attacks targeting the ongoing Sangai Festival.
