CorCom exempts Nupi Lan from shutdown call

IMPHAL, Dec 10: The CorCom has exempted Nupi Lan commemorative functions from the purview of the total shutdown it has called.
Apart from condemning and boycotting President Droupadi Murmu’s visit to the State, the CorCom has called a total shutdown from 1 am of December 11 till she leaves the State.
Saying that Nupi Lan commemorative functions and related activities will be exempted from the purview of the total shutdown, the CorCom has appealed to all the people to observe the Nupi Lan Day in a manner as in the previous years.
