IMPHAL, Dec 9 :The All Manipur Nupi Marup has appealed to all parties concerned to exempt the participants of the Nupi Lan observance at Khurai Laikhulembi Shanglen on December 12 from the 12-hour total shutdown scheduled for that day.
The organization further appealed to the people to carry its sky-blue flag, which shows a mother carrying her child while coming to attend the event.
