IMPHAL, Dec 11: The proscribed RPF has categorically stated that it will carry on its liberation struggle until the people of Manipur are liberated.
One sacred and unchanging goal of the RPF since the establishment of PLA in 1978, the outfit’s armed wing, is defeating India and driving away the Indian armed forces from Manipur, said a press release issued by the outfit’s Deputy Secretary, Publicity Roben Khuman.
Even though Manipur experienced a chaotic situation because of the communal conflict for some time, RPF’s liberation struggle did not waver a bit, it said.
Saying that RPF never sees any of the people born in WeSEA, particularly Manipur as enemies, the outfit hoped that those compatriots who have fallen prey to the Government of India’s trap of communal hatred will one day realise and regret their folly, it said.
With an intention to wipe out Manipur and all her people, the Government of India has been devising and implementing several diabolic policies including sowing seeds of communal discord and igniting communal violence, it alleged.
The animosity and conflict among Kukis, Meiteis and Nagas are all results of these diabolic policies of the Government of India, it said.
India believes that the liberation movement of Manipur and WeSEA can be suppressed if there are conflicts and violence among the different communities.
In the midst of the communal conflict, Indian Army’s Special Forces bombed several revolutionary camps using sophisticated drones like mR 10, mR 20, TATA-ALS 50 and WARMATE with different kinds of bombs including thermobaric weapons, it said.
Moreover, Indian Army’s mercenaries launched ground attack against revolutionary camps but the revolutionary fighters repulsed the attacks successfully, the outfit said.
Under a common idea of fighting the common adversary collectively, NSCN(K-YA) launched a military operation successfully,  ULFA(I) carried out Operation: Vengeance while PLA carried out Operation Lang-Ol (Manifestation) from September 10 to December 10, 2025.
In the course of Operation: Lang-Ol, PLA carried out several military operations against the adversary forces including 33rd AR on September 19 and 3rd AR camp on November 28, and inflicted heavy casualties, it said.
On the other hand, the PLA cadres who took part in these attacks did not suffer any casualty and all of them returned to their camps safe and sound, it said.
Congratulating all the PLA cadres who carried out Operation: Lang-Ol, the outfit has conveyed gratitude to all organisations and people who helped Operation: Lang-Ol physically and through ideas.
